Etoperidone (1-(3-Chlorophenyl)-4-(3-chloropropyl) piperazine HCI), an atypical antidepressant, is a 5-HT agonist similar in molecular structure to trazadone. In the 1970s, it was a popular drug that was used to impede the effects of LSD.
