Interaction value analysis is an approach to modelling organizations using one-on-one interactions between members of the organization as a proxy for all value-adding activities in the organization. This approach can be (and has been [1]) combined with game theory and to suggest how managers can identify situations where the organization would benefit from having employees control their own interactions.
