Interviewing refers to the process used in conducting interviews. An interview is a conversation between two or more people (The interviewer and the interviewee) where questions are asked by the interviewer to obtain information from the interviewee.
The form an interview takes is one of the factors affecting the processes followed. So structured, semi-structured, and unstructured interview formats require a somewhatt different approach.
