Marital satisfaction is a special case of relationship satisfaction, and is the degree to which partners in marriages assess their approval of different aspects of their marital relations.
Assessment[]
Assessment tools such as the Marital Satisfaction Inventory[1] attempt to combine ratings in different areas such as effective communication, amount of time spent together, disagreement on financial problems, disagreement on children management and sexual satisfaction etc into a global measure of satisfaction.
