Vocational evaluation is the work assessment of disabled people, and those with mental health issues, usally in a simulated or real life setting. Qualities being assessed include employability, job skills, vocational aptitude, and the potential to benefit from training.
Once the assesment is completed progams of vocational rehabilitation and work adjustment training can be negotiated.
